About Camdelen Construction & Real Estate

Owners, Matt & Crystal Caward have been married for 15 years and have 3 beautiful girls they are raising in the East Mountains of New Mexico. They formed Camdelen Construction, Inc. (named for their daughters) in 2009. Their vision for their company is to help homeowners get the best for their money when it comes to their home. Whether their customers need to sell their home, buy a new home, dream of building a new home, adding to their current home or repairing their home; Matt & Crystal's care for their customers goes beyond the expected!

Matt is a Firefighter/EMT with Bernalillo County Fire Department. He formed their chaplaincy program in 2007 and serves families in the fire department as well as the community. He holds a Doctorate in Divinity and has performed many weddings and funerals for families in need. Matt has worked in the construction industry since he was 15 years old. His experience, concern for people and attention to detail make Camdelen customers some of the luckiest, well-cared for customers in the world!

When Crystal isn't helping customers buy, sell, design or build their homes, she is ministering to women through her church or writing. One of her inspirational pieces was published last year in Group Publishing's, "God So Loved the World - He Created Chocolate!" She is currently working on a novel and a devotional.

Matt & Crystal are devoted to their community. More than 10% of their company's proceeds go to local charities. They also offer programs that allow their customers to donate 5% of their bids to local charities of their choice!
